Enroll for Pesticide Safety Education Program (PSEP) Sessions - Initial
For those certifying for the first time, enroll here for initial training sessions offered from January through April in various cities throughout the state. Nebraska Department of Agriculture certification exams are also given on these dates and are based on printed study materials and sample pesticide labels. These initial training sessions are intended to be a review of the key points from the study materials, not intensive instruction. -

Nebraska Dept. of Agriculture Pesticide Test Dates
The NDA schedules walk-in "Testing Only" sessions at several locations in Nebraska once the University’s pesticide safety eduation classes are completed in late spring. Individuals that are seeking a pesticide license without taking a class may take their examinations at these dates and locations.
Exams may also be taken at the NDA’s Lincoln office, 14th and M St., 4th Floor, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Wednesdays by appointment. Call (402) 471-2394 or 877-800-4080 to schedule exams at the NDA office.
There are no fees to take the NDA pesticide licensing exams. Once exams are passed, the NDA charges $90 for a commercial pesticide license. There is no pesticide license fee for non-commercial pesticide licenses.
